Terms of Service

This website is provided for Philadelphia Cricket & Community Club. Clubbara supplies and manages the website technology on the club’s behalf. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

The website is intended for general public information about the club, its cricket, venue, events and contact options.

The club takes reasonable care to keep information useful and current, but fixtures, results, event details, availability, prices, opening times and contact details can change. Check important details directly with the club or the relevant external provider before relying on them.

Website content is general information, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, membership, place, purchase or other contract. Any arrangement with the club is confirmed separately and may be subject to additional terms, prices, eligibility rules or policies.

Do not send confidential, payment-card, medical or safeguarding information through the general enquiry form unless the club has expressly asked you to use an appropriate secure channel.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its supporting services.
• Do not introduce malicious code, misuse the enquiry form, impersonate another person or submit unlawful, threatening or abusive material.
• Do not scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without permission.

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, branding, photographs, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to the club, Clubbara or their respective licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Other copying, modification, redistribution or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Links to Play-Cricket, social networks, maps, sponsors and other external services are provided for convenience. The club and Clubbara do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

The club and Clubbara may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. They do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, although reasonable care is taken to keep the service secure and available.

You are responsible for using suitable device security and for deciding whether information reached through the website is appropriate for your needs.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, the club and Clubbara are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this free public information website or an external website linked from it.

The Privacy Notice explains how information is handled, and the Cookies Notice explains the site’s analytics and storage setup. Those notices form part of the information governing your use of the website.

These terms may be updated when the website or applicable law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.

These terms and any dispute connected with the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
